If your purchase was made more than 10 days ago, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any type. We only accept refunds and/or exchanges during the first 10 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Exchanges and Refunds.

The thing you’re returning must be undamaged and in the same condition as you got it.
The product needs to be in its original packing.
We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.
Sale products cannot be refunded; only items with regular prices may be.
You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item in question was purchased as a gift and mailed to you directly.

Exchanges (if necessary)

Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at (Add Relevant Email Address) and send your item to (Relevant Address) if you’d want to exchange it for the same item.

Exempt Products

Refunds are not available for the following items:

Credit cards

a few items for personal care and health
Refunds are given in part, as necessary.
Any object that, for reasons not related to our error, is not in its original state, is damaged, or is missing pieces.
any product returned after the 30-day delivery window has passed.
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.

Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Missing or delayed refunds

Check your bank account once again if you haven’t gotten a refund yet. Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping

Please refrain from returning the item to our warehouse address given in the invoice.

The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility.

The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.

The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.
